Order Processing:
We strive to dispatch your product within 1 business days after your order is confirmed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For COD orders, we may contact you to reconfirm the order before processing.
Courier Partners:
We collaborate with multiple courier partners and select the best one based on your pin code to ensure the best delivery experience for you.

Undeliverable Pin codes:
In the rare event of an undeliverable pin code, we will personally contact you to discuss alternative delivery addresses.
If a resolution cannot be reached, we will refund your money.

Delivery Time:
The delivery time of your product is dependent on your order size and location. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates during the checkout process. Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-7 days from the dispatch to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.

Lost in Transit:
In the unfortunate event that a product gets lost during transit, we will initiate a replacement shipment within 2 business days after confirmation from our courier partner.
